Case studies from organizations in Switzerland and Poland help to illustrate the findings. In closing, the book presents roadmaps for improving IT and business alignment so as to achieve higher commitment and better results.
Katarzyna Tworek Ph.D. works as an assistant professor at Wroc?aw University of Science and Technology, in the Department of Organizational Management and Development. Her Ph.D. examined the influence of information technology on organizational structure. Currently she is working on the model of of IT reliability in organization, examining its potential for evaluation of IT - business alignment.
