In this practice-oriented book, the basics of blockchain technology are presented and the reader learns where and how this technology can be usefully applied in business processes. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Katarina Adam has been teaching blockchain use case development at HTW Berlin since 2016 and organises the annual Blockchain@HTW conference. She is the founder of the start-up SimLinck and advisor to several blockchain-based start-ups. She is also a member of the jury in the Blockchain category at the DeepTech Award Berlin and a member of the Working Group Education of the European Blockchain Association INATBA.
